Refund policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed. However, we understand that there may be exceptions in certain circumstances:
- Order Amendment: Should you wish to make changes to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, with the subject title "Order Amendment" and include your order number, name, contact number and change request.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a piece of jewellery that is cracked, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Gemstone Purchases
We take great care in handpicking each gemstone to ensure its quality and authenticity. To preserve the integrity of these stones, we are unable to offer returns on gemstones once they have been sold.

We encourage our customers to reach out for any further details, photos, or to book a viewing appointment before making a purchase. Our team is here to assist you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@modelejewellery.com.
