Free Shipping on All Orders
At Modèle, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Singapore.
Production Time
Each piece of our handmade jewellery is crafted with care and precision. It typically takes about 4-6 weeks to produce your jewellery. If we complete your item earlier, we will ship it out as soon as possible.
Once your jewellery arrives in Singapore, you will be notified, and we will arrange for either delivery or pick-up.
For gemstone purchases, each gemstone will be certified by a reputable Singapore laboratory upon purchase and shipped to you or made available for pick-up within 2 weeks.
Delivery Information
Currently, we only accept orders for delivery within Singapore. After production, you can expect delivery within 2-4 business days.
Delivery Confirmation
We will notify you of your delivery slots in advance, and delivery will occur only upon your confirmation. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the designated address.
Missed Deliveries
In the event that your package cannot be received by a recipient, a second delivery attempt will be made. Please note that this second attempt will incur a charge of SGD 20.
International Shipping
If you would like to have your jewellery delivered overseas, please contact us directly at hello@modelejewellery.com. We will do our best to assist you with international shipping options and provide you with the relevant details and costs.
Delays and Availability
Please note that shipping may be delayed during festive seasons. In the rare event that your order is not available or cannot be produced, we reserve the right not to deliver it. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

- Modèle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
